To add a new24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of your scheduled time and missed appointments without any notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of the service cost. question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.

No Shows

Tell We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so that we are able to fill your spot with someone on the waitlist. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival

Please call us if you are running late to your appointment. We kindly note if you are late more than ten (10) minutes, you may have your treatment time shortened or downgrade in service to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.

Credit Card Deposit

We require a credit card to secure all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system. Our Gift Cards can not be used to secure appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.
